Prolactin R protein serves as a receptor for the anterior pituitary hormone prolactin and significantly interacts with SMARCA1, NEK3, and VAV2. The latter two interactions are prolactin-dependent, emphasizing the role of the receptor in transducing prolactin-induced signals that are critical for multiple physiological processes, particularly in reproduction and lactation. Prolactin R Protein, Canine (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant canine-derived Prolactin R protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
