Animal Model: C57BL/6J male mice (6-8 weeks old, 20-25 g) injected with 40 mg/kg LPS[1]
Dosage: 20 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg, 40 mg/kg

Result: Could effectively improve the survival of septic mice in a dose-dependent manner.
