Sialyl Lewis A  (Synonyms: 唾液酸路易斯A; SLeA)

Sialyl Lewis A (SLeA) is a carbohydrate-type antigen that can serve as a tumor marker, with upregulation observed in various tumor cells such as cervical cancer, human pancreatic cancer, and colon cancer cells. Sialyl Lewis A is involved in the migration and adhesion of tumor cells. Additionally, elevated expression of Sialyl Lewis A may also lead to pregnancy abnormalities^[1][2][3].
