IL-2R beta/CD122 蛋白, Rat (HEK293, His)

IL-2R beta (CD122), a type Ⅰ cytokine receptor expressed on T lymphocytes, is a receptor for IL-2 (K_d: 1 nM approximately)^[1]. IL-2R beta mediates T cell immune responses, such as stimulating T cell proliferation and activating lymphokine-activated killer cells^[2]. IL-2R beta/CD122 Protein, Rat (HEK293, His) is a recombinant rat IL-2R beta (M1-E239) with a C-Terminal His tag, which is produced in HEK293 cells.

IL-2R beta (CD122) 是一种 I 型细胞因子受体，属于 4 型亚家族。IL-2R beta 也是 IL-15 受体的关键组成部分。IL-2R beta 广泛表达于脾脏、血液和淋巴结，如 B 和 T 淋巴细胞^[1][3]。
IL-2R beta 中的氨基酸在不同物种中有所不同。大鼠 IL-2R beta 与小鼠的 aa 序列同一性为 81.01%。人 IL-2R beta 与小鼠和大鼠的氨基酸序列一致性 <60%。
IL-2R beta 细胞质结构域与 IL-2 异二聚化，导致信号通路激活：磷酸肌醇 3-激酶 (PI3-K) /AKT、Ras-MAP 激酶和 JAK-STAT 通路^[4]。IL-2R beta 以中等亲和力结合 IL-2。IL-2R beta 介导 IL-2 内化和信号转导，例如细胞增殖或分化^[5]。IL-2R beta 与 IL-2 相互作用，增加 CD4+ T 淋巴细胞的比例^[1]。IL-2R 刺激 T 细胞增殖并激活淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞^[2]。
IL-2R beta 介导 T 细胞免疫反应，还介导内吞作用以及转导有丝分裂IL-2的信号。

Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-15-dependent proliferation of MO7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 7.957 µg/mL in the presence of 4.0 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-15, corresponding to a specific activity is 6.094×10⁵ units/mg.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
