PFDN1 Protein is pivotal in protein folding, binding specifically to cytosolic chaperonin (c-CPN) and aiding the transfer of target proteins. It also binds nascent polypeptide chains, facilitating their folding amidst diverse alternative pathways. Structurally, PFDN1 forms a heterohexamer with two PFD-alpha type and four PFD-beta type subunits. PFDN1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived PFDN1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag. The total length of PFDN1 Protein, Human (His) is 122 a.a., with molecular weight of ~17 kDa.
