SFRP2 protein has multiple functions such as Wnt protein binding and receptor ligand activity, and regulates gene expression and signal transduction.It functions upstream in animal organ development, signal transduction, and regulation of endopeptidase activity.SFRP2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived SFRP2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

Measured by its ability to compete with Frizzled-1 for binding to biotinylated Wnt-3a. The IC₅₀ value is 1.48 nM, under conditions in which Recombinant Mouse (rm) Frizzled-1 is present at 2.1 nM, and biotinylated rmWnt-3a concentration is 2.7 nM.
