描述

STXBP3 protein, together with STX4 and VAMP2, may promote insulin-dependent GLUT4 movement and fusion of GLUT4-containing vesicles with the adipocyte cell surface. It interacts directly with DOC2B on the cell membrane (excluding STX4 interaction) and regulates glucose-stimulated insulin secretion. STXBP3 Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived STXBP3 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag. The total length of STXBP3 Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is 592 a.a., with molecular weight of ~95.6 kDa.
