RC529-MDP is an immunoadjuvant, combination of Toll-like Receptor (TLR) (TLR4a) and NOD-like Receptor (NOD2a), which enhances innate immune responses. BRC529-MDP activity depends on the TLR4 and NOD2 signaling pathways. RC529-MDP induces high levels of cytokine Interleukin Related (IL-6) in a mouse model, has immune-stimulating activity. RC529-MDP increases OVA-specific antibody responses, T cell responses, and the proportion of memory T cells in an OVA (HY-P0286)-injected mouse model[1].

Animal Model: The mice were injected subcutaneously (S.C.) with the RC529-MDP and model antigen ovalbumin (OVA)[1]
Dosage: 22.53 μg
Administration: Subcutaneous injection (s.c.) on days 1, 15, 29
Result: Induced high levels of OVA-specific IgG, and the levels of IgG subtypes were increased.
Induced a 1.3-fold and 3.3-fold increase in the proportion of TNF-α and IFN-γ double-positive secreting CD4+ T and CD8+ T cells compared with RC529 + MDP.
Induced the proportion of central memory T cells (Tcm) of CD8+ and CD4+ cells to increase by 2.7 and 1.2 times compared with RC529 + MDP.
Animal Model: BALB/c mouse[1]
Dosage: 22.53 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.)
Result: Bound to RC529-MDP-induced OVA-specific IgG 2.0 times higher than that induced by RC529 + MDP without binding.
