NRAS 蛋白, Human (N-His)

NRAS protein is a member of the Ras family that binds GDP/GTP and has intrinsic GTPase activity. This property enables NRAS to actively regulate cellular processes by cycling between a GDP-bound inactive state and a GTP-bound active state. NRAS Protein, Human (N-His) is the recombinant human-derived NRAS protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag. Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
