Anticancer agent 210 (Compound 7a) is a Gefitinib (HY-50895) derivative. Anticancer agent 210 inhibits proliferation, migration and colony formation of cancer cells. Anticancer agent 210 induces apoptosis in cells H1299[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Anticancer agent 210 (0-32 μM，48 h) 抑制肺癌细胞 NCI-H1299，A549 和 NCI-H1437增殖，IC50 分别为 3.94，3.16 和 1.84 μM[1]。
Anticancer agent 210 (2-16 μM，48 h) 对正常肝细胞 L02 表现出轻微的细胞毒性，IC50 为 18.87 μM，L02 细胞存活率 >60%[1]。
Anticancer agent 210 (4-16 μM，48 h) 通过 Bcl-2/caspase3/PARP 通路诱导非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC) 细胞凋亡，通过抑制 MMP9 蛋白表达抑制 NSCLC 细胞迁移[1]。
