Lysyl Oxidase 

赖氨酰氧化酶（LOX）被鉴定为一种分泌性酶，可催化胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白单体中赖氨酸的ε-氨基脱氨，从而形成共价交联，稳定胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白纤维。这是胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白交联反应的第一步。

Lysyl oxidase (LOX) was identified as a secreted enzyme that catalyzes the deamination of the ε-amino group of lysine in collagen and elastin monomers, thereby forming covalent cross-links that stabilize collagen and elastin fibers. This is the first step in the cross-linking reaction of collagen and elastin.
