细胞周期依赖性激酶样 (CDKL) 家族蛋白是丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。其名称源于与 CDK 的序列相似性,由 5 个成员 (CDKL1-5) 组成。它们在蛋白质磷酸化中的作用支撑了它们在细胞活动中的重要作用,包括细胞周期、细胞凋亡、自噬和微管动力学。

Cyclin-dependent kinase-like (CDKL) family proteins are serine/threonine protein kinases. Its name is due to the sequence similarity with CDK and it consists of 5 members (CDKL1-5). Their function in protein phosphorylation underpins their important role in cellular activities, including cell cycle, apoptosis, autophagy and microtubule dynamics.
