Antifungal agent 59 is an antifungal agent, with MIC values of 0.01-1 μg/mL. Antifungal agent 59 prevents the formation of fungi biofilms, but also has safety^[1].

Antifungal agent 59 (compound A23) 显示体外抗真菌活性，MIC 值为 0.02 μg/mL (白色念珠菌)、0.01 μg/mL (白色念珠菌)、0.25 μg/mL (玉米酵母念珠菌)、0.25 μg/mL (新型隐球菌)、0.06 μg /mL (克氏念珠菌)、1 μg/mL (光滑念珠菌)、0.02 μg/mL (近光滑念珠菌) 和 1 μg/mL (烟曲霉)^[1]。
Antifungal agent 59 (0.02 μg/mL ;48 h) 有效杀灭白色念珠菌^[1]。
Antifungal agent 59 (1-16 μg/mL) 对兔红细胞具有溶血活性，浓度为 8 μg/mL 时溶血率为 93.47%^[1]。
