Colony-stimulating factor-1 (CSF-1), also known as macrophage colony-stimulating factor, controls the survival, proliferation, and differentiation of mononuclear phagocytes and regulates cells of the females reproductive tract. The effects of CSF-1 are mediated by a high-affinity receptor tyrosine kinase (CSF-1R)3-5 encoded by the c-fms protooncogene. CSF-1appears to play an autocrine and/or paracrine role in cancers of the ovary, endometrium, breast, and myeloid and lymphoid tissues.

集落刺激因子-1（CSF-1）又称巨噬细胞集落刺激因子，控制单核吞噬细胞的存活、增殖和分化，调节雌性生殖道细胞。CSF-1 的作用是由 c-fms 原癌基因编码的高亲和力受体酪氨酸激酶 (CSF-1R) 3-5 介导的。CSF-1 似乎在卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、乳腺癌以及骨髓和淋巴组织的癌症中发挥自分泌和/或旁分泌作用。
