Ebiratide (HOE-427 free base) is an ACTH 4-9 derivative, which acts directly on the central nervous system and exhibits memory-enhancing efficacy. Ebiratide enhances acetycholine (ACh) metabolism in rat brain[1][2].

Ebiratide (0.1-30 μg/kg，皮下注射，单剂量) 对电惊厥休克和 Scopolamine (HY-N0296) 诱导的小鼠模型中的记忆障碍具有神经保护功效，并具有抗遗忘功效[1]。
