Glutaminyl Cyclase Inhibitor 6 (compound BI-43) (10, 25, 40 mg/kg; i.p.; daily for 7 days) 在多项行为表现测试中显示出缓解 MPTP (HY-15608) 诱发的运动功能障碍的功效[1]。

Animal Model: 6-8 weeks, 19-20 g, male C57BL/6J mice (MPTP-induced PD mouse model)[1]
Dosage: 10, 25, 40 mg/kg
Administration: I.p.; daily for 7 days
Result: Ameliorated the locomotor deficits associated with MPTP, Greatly improved the decreased locomotor ability observed in MPTP group.
