描述及优势

MCE 细胞凋亡检测试剂盒 (Hoechst 法) 采用 Hoechst 33258 染色的方法快速检测细胞凋亡。Hoechst 33258 是一种可以穿透细胞膜的蓝色荧光染料。细胞凋亡时，细胞膜通透性增强，染色质发生固缩，且凋亡细胞膜上的 p-糖蛋白泵功能受损而不能及时将 Hoechst 33258 排出细胞，故凋亡细胞经 Hoechst 33258 染色后荧光强度比正常细胞明显增强。使用荧光显微镜检测时，正常细胞为弱蓝色荧光，凋亡细胞为强蓝色荧光。本试剂盒常用于贴壁细胞、悬浮细胞及组织切片的细胞凋亡检测，染色快速方便，最快仅需 25 分钟即可完成。

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
