Isoproturon-d₃  (Synonyms: 异丙隆-d₃)

Isoproturon-d₃ is the deuterium labeled Isoproturon[1]. Isoproturon belongs to the phenylurea herbicide family and is a systemic and selective herbicide. Isoproturon is widely applied for killing weeds in farmland, which can be used in the control of annual grasses and broad-leaved weeds in spring and winter wheat, winter rye and spring and winter barley[2][3].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs^[1].
