Napyradiomycin B4 is a Napyradiomycin derivative, which inhibits the RANKL-induced MEK-ERK signaling pathway. Napyradiomycin B4 attenuates osteoclastogenesis and prevents alveolar bone destruction in experimental periodontitis[1].
