Necroptosis-IN-4, a potent necroptosis inhibitor, is a RIP kinase 1 (RIPK1) inhibitor. Necroptosis-IN-4 has no inhibitory activity against RIPK3 and weak inhibitory activity against VEGFR1/2 and PDGFR-α[1].
