Oleyl anilide (Oleic acid anilide) is a toxic agent found in some stocks of toxic oil, which is associated with toxic oil syndrome (TOS). Oleyl anilide is an inhibitor of acyl-coenzyme A:cholesterol acyltransferase (ACAT) (IC50: 26 µM)[1][2].

(In Vivo)

Oleyl anilide (0.8 mmol/kg，腹腔注射，每周两次，持续 6 周) 会引起雌性 MRL+/+ 小鼠免疫反应扰动，并出现 TOS 相关的免疫紊乱[1]。< br/>

Animal Model: Female MRL+/+ mice[2]
Dosage: 0.8 mmol/kg
Administration: i.p., twice a week for 6 weeks
Result: Increaseed IgG, IgG1, IgG2a, IgG3, IgE and IgG2b levels.
