AIF1 蛋白, Human (C-His)

AIF1 Protein, Human (C-His), the recombinant human allograft inflammatory factor 1, has a His tag at the C-terminus. Allograft inflammatory factor-1 (AIF1) is an inflammatory cytokine produced mainly by macrophages within human white adipose tissue^[1].

同种异体移植物炎症因子-1 (AIF-1) 是一种细胞质、钙结合、炎症反应支架蛋白，主要在免疫细胞中表达。AIF-1 在几个关键点影响免疫系统，从而调节炎症性疾病。AIF-1 增强细胞因子、趋化因子、诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS) 等炎症介质的表达，并促进炎症细胞增殖和迁移^[1]。

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
