ALCAM/CD166 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is a recombinant mouse CD166 expressed by HEK293 cells with C-Fc tag. CD166, a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, is widely expressed in various tissues, such as neurons, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and keratinocytes^[1].

CD166/活化白细胞粘附分子（ALCAM）是免疫球蛋白超家族的成员，广泛表达于多种组织中，如神经元、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞和角质形成细胞。ALCAM 参与骨髓微环境中的神经发生、血管生成、造血、白细胞运输和造血干细胞维持^[1]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
