ANGPTL3/Angiopoietin-like 3 is a vascular growth factor and a member of the angiopoietin like protein family. It has high specificity for endothelial cells, performs various other regulatory activities to affect inflammation, and has been proved to have atherosclerosis promoting and atherosclerosis protective effects. NGPTL3/Angiopoietin-like 3 can also inhibit the activity of lipoprotein lipase and induce angiogenesis. ANGPTL3/Angiopoietin-like 3 Protein, Cynomolgus (sf9, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived ANGPTL3/Angiopoietin-like 3 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of ANGPTL3/Angiopoietin-like 3 Protein, Cynomolgus (sf9, His) is 220 a.a., with molecular weight of ~25.2 KDa.
