ANGPTL5/Angiopoietin-like 5 Protein, a member of angiopoietin-like proteins (ANGPTLs) family, is mainly expressed in adult human heart. It plays a functional role in the expansion of human cord blood hematopoietic stem cells. In addition, ANGPTL5 is an adipocytokine and has an important role in metabolic processes including lipid metabolism, obesity, and type 2 diabetes mellitus. ANGPTL5/Angiopoietin-like 5 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived ANGPTL5/Angiopoietin-like 5 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-GST labeled tag. The total length of ANGPTL5/Angiopoietin-like 5 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is 363 a.a., with molecular weight of ~68 kDa.
