ATG4C 蛋白, Human (His)

ATG4C Protein, Human (His) is a recombinant human Autophagy Related 4 Homolog C (Atg4C) expressed in E. coli with a His tag. Atg4C, a member of a family of cysteine proteinases, is a autophagy-regulating protease^[1].

在四种哺乳动物Atg4直系同源物中，Atg4C在人体组织中分布最广泛。在此基础上，结合人Atg4C能够弥补酵母Atg4缺陷的事实，我们进行了研究，以建立Atg4C基因缺陷的小鼠模型。Atg4C 可能参与与肿瘤进展相关的事件^[1]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
