CD162/PSGL-1 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, Fc)

CD162/PSGL-1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, Fc) is a recombinant mouse CD162 expressed in HEK 293 cells with a C-Fc tag at the C-terminus. CD162/PSGL-1 Protein plays an important role in immunity and homeostasis ^[1][2].

PSGL-1（P-选择蛋白糖蛋白配体-1，指定为 CD162）是一种 I 型膜蛋白。PSGL-1 表达为二硫键连接的同型二聚体，具有扩展的粘蛋白胞外域，该胞外域由丝氨酸、苏氨酸和富含脯氨酸的十聚重复序列组成，带有用于潜在 O-聚糖修饰的位点。PSGL-1 在包括树突细胞 (DC) 在内的所有骨髓和淋巴谱系上表达，并在进入次级淋巴器官后在淋巴细胞上下调。尽管最初并未在巨核细胞中观察到 PSGL-1 表达，但在血小板中发现了 PSGL-1 表达，并且在炎症环境中表达进一步增加^[1][2]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
