Its ortholog of human CD27 has been implicated in lymphoproliferative syndrome 2, emphasizing immune system regulation. CD27/TNFRSF7 Protein, Rat (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant rat-derived CD27/TNFRSF7 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
