CD74 is a key component of the class II major histocompatibility complex and serves as a key chaperone in antigen presentation in the regulation of immune responses. It doubles as a cell surface receptor for macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF), initiating survival pathways and cell proliferation. CD74 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CD74 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-His labeled tag.
