CRABP2 (cellular retinoic acid binding protein 2) plays a crucial role in cellular processes by transporting retinoic acid into the nucleus and mediating its contact with nuclear retinoic acid receptors. CRABP2 interacts with RXR (retinoic acid X receptor) and RARA (retinoic acid receptor Alpha) to regulate the retinoic acid signaling pathway. CRABP2 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived CRABP2 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag. Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
