In its secreted form, the FSTL3 protein acts as a binder and antagonist to TGF-β family members, inhibiting cell signaling induced by activin A, activin B, BMP2, and MSTN. It plays a role in bone formation, inhibition of osteoclast differentiation, hematopoiesis, and enhanced hematopoietic progenitor cell adhesion. FSTL3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived FSTL3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of FSTL3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 233 a.a., with molecular weight of 35-40 KDa.
