描述

FSTL5 is an extracellular matrix-secreted protein. FSTL5 promotes cell proliferation and survival by influencing the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in liver cancer and inhibits the progression of liver cancer by inducing Caspase-dependent apoptosis and regulating Bcl-2 family proteins. FSTL5 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived FSTL5 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
