GPD1L protein regulates cardiac sodium current, with decreased enzymatic activity leading to elevated glycerol 3-phosphate levels.This activates the GPD1L-dependent SCN5A phosphorylation pathway, potentially resulting in reduced sodium current.Altered NAD(H) balance induced by GPD1L may also contribute to the decrease in cardiac sodium current.GPD1L Protein, Human (GST) is the recombinant human-derived GPD1L protein, expressed by E.coli , with N-GST labeled tag.
