In the bone marrow, it retains hematopoietic stem cells on stromal cells and aids leukocyte extravasation by promoting transmigration, tethering, and rolling. JAM-B/CD322 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived JAM-B/CD322 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
