The Lck protein is a non-receptor tyrosine protein kinase that is essential for T cell development and function. Lck is constitutively associated with CD4 and CD8 receptors and is recruited to the TCR/CD3 complex following TCR interaction with MHC. Lck Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived Lck protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-GST labeled tag. The total length of Lck Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is 509 a.a., with molecular weight of ~80 kDa.
