LRP-6 蛋白, Human (HEK293, mFc)

LRP-6 protein is a key component of the Wnt-Fzd-LRP5-LRP6 complex, a component of β-catenin signaling, and is essential for bone formation. LRP-6 acts as a cell surface co-receptor and coordinates the formation of signalosomes by clustering receptor-ligand complexes. LRP-6 Protein, Human (HEK293, mFc) is the recombinant human-derived LRP-6 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-mFc labeled tag. The total length of LRP-6 Protein, Human (HEK293, mFc) is 611 a.a., with molecular weight of 100-120 kDa.
