描述

The NEK7 protein is a key kinase that crucially drives mitotic cell cycle progression by enhancing centrosomal microtubule nucleation, ensuring robust spindle formation, and aiding in cytokinesis. Phosphorylation of EML4 at “Ser-146” promotes chromosome aggregation. NEK7 Protein, Human (His-SUMO) is the recombinant human-derived NEK7 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His-SUMO labeled tag.
