PAFAHB Proteinas, incorporating Alpha-2 adrenergic receptors, facilitates catecholamine-induced adenylate cyclase inhibition through G proteins. Notably, oxymetazoline ranks as the most potent agonist, followed by clonidine and antagonists with yohimbine exhibiting the highest inhibitory activity. This insight into agonist and antagonist effectiveness sheds light on the pharmacological modulation of Alpha-2 adrenergic receptors by ADRA2A-VLPs. PAFAHB Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived PAFAHB protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-6*His labeled tag.
