PDE1C, a member of the phosphodiesterase (PDE) family, is a subtype of PDE activated by Ca2+.PDE1 plays an important role in the cardiovascular system.PDE inhibitors can reduce neuroinflammation and oxidative stress, stimulate neuroplasticity, and improve symptoms of mental disorders in preclinical models by activating the CAMP-PGKA-CREB and cGMP-PKG pathways.PDE1C Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived PDE1C protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.
