RSPO2 is a key activator of the canonical Wnt pathway, serving as a ligand for LGR4-6 receptors and forming a complex with phosphorylated LRP6 and Frizzled receptors. This interaction activates the canonical Wnt pathway and increases target gene expression. RSPO2/R-Spondin 2 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived RSPO2/R-Spondin 2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
