描述

The RUVBL1 protein has DNA-stimulated ATPase and DNA helicase activities and can hexamerize for ATP hydrolysis. It is a member of the NuA4 complex and contributes to histone acetylation to activate genes. RUVBL1 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived RUVBL1 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag. The total length of RUVBL1 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is 456 a.a., with molecular weight of ~57 kDa.
