The FGFR-4 protein binds to its ligands and activates signaling pathways involved in cell growth, differentiation, and survival. It plays a role in various developmental processes, including skeletal development, liver metabolism, and cancer progression. In the absence of ligand binding, FGFR-4 remains inactive and does not initiate downstream signaling cascades. VE-Cadherin Protein, Human (HEK293, C-His-Fc) is the recombinant human-derived VE-Cadherin protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc, C-6*His labeled tag.
