RJW100 is a potent liver receptor homolog 1 (LRH-1, NR5A2) and steroidogenic factor-1 (SF-1, NR5A1) agonist with pEC50s of 6.6 and 7.5, respectively[1]. RJW100 also causes strong activation of the miR-200c (miRNA-200c, microRNA-200c) promoter[2].

RJW100（化合物24-exo）处理能够显著诱导小/短异二聚体伴侣（SHP）转录本剂量依赖性增加，起始浓度为5微摩尔[1]。
RJW100（化合物24-exo）在1微摩尔时几乎完全置换出与SF-1结合的PIP2磷脂[1]。
使用未与任何磷脂形成复合物的人类LRH-1配体结合域（hLRH-1 LBD）进行实验，结果显示，在RJW100（化合物24-exo；浓度范围0至100微摩尔）结合后，hLRH-1 LBD在天然PAGE迁移中出现了明显的剂量依赖性变化[1]。
RJW100能够强烈激活miR-200c启动子，并显示出强大的能力下调ZEB1和ZEB2蛋白的表达[2]。
