Cell Viability Assay[1]

Cell Line: MCF-7 and A549 cells
Concentration: 0.1, 1, 10, and 100 μg/mL
Incubation Time: 72 h
Result: Inhibited cell growth in a dose-dependent manner.

Apoptosis Analysis[1]

Result: Had an apoptosis percentage of 42.51%.

Cell Cycle Analysis[1]

Result: Arrested cell cycle at the S phase of cell growth by more than 1.46 folds compared to that of the control.

Western Blot Analysis[1]

Result: Decreased in ALT and AST levels by 36.12 and 29.77%, respectively.
