Tibulizumab  (Synonyms: 替布利珠单抗; LY 3090106)

Tibulizumab (LY 3090106) is a tetravalent bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting B-cell activating factor (BAFF) and IL-17A with Kd values of 60 pM and 14 pM, respectively. Tibulizumab can be used for autoimmune disease research^[1].

Tibulizumab (LY 3090106) 与小鼠 BAFF 结合，K_D 为 340 nM，但不与小鼠 IL-17 结合。Tibulizumab 与猕猴 BAFF 和猕猴 IL-17 结合，K_D 分别为 26.8 pM 和 19 pM^[1]。
在 HT-29 细胞中，Tibulizumab 以浓度依赖性方式拮抗 IL-17 诱导的 CXCL1 分泌 (IC₅₀ 为 2.00 nM)。在 T1165 细胞中，Tibulizumab 以浓度依赖性方式阻断 BAFF 诱导的增殖 (IC₅₀ 为 0.064 nM)。Tibulizumab 同时结合并阻断 BAFF 和 IL-17^[1]。
