UDP-Glc dehydrogenase (UGDH) catalyzes is a NAD+-dependent enzyme that catalyzes the two-fold oxidation of UDP-glucose (UDP-Glc) to produce UDP-glucuronic acid. UDP-Glc dehydrogenase (UGDH) is a key enzyme in the nucleotide-sugar interconversion pathway necessary for biosynthesis of many cell-wall polysaccharides[1].

产品信息
本产品为重组大肠杆菌表达,C-terminal His Tagged,分子量 57 kDa,储存缓冲液为 20 mM Tris-HCl , pH 8.7,10% glycerol,主要用于从 UDP-Glc 生产 UDP-GlcA。

使用说明
1.按照反应体系加入底物,5 mM MgCl2,可适当加入缓冲盐 (如Tris-HCl) ,调节 pH 为 8.7,加入适量 UGDH (根据反应需求);
2.混匀后,将样品置于 37℃ 孵育 2-4 h。

注意事项
体系放大时候,孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况调整,可低速震荡混匀。
