Biological activity

•   A set of 1,388 Lipoxygenase (LOX) inhibitors designed using docking and 2D similarity search.

•   The 1,388 - compound LOX library was designed using two different approaches:

    1)  Docking-based in silico screening, which identified compounds derived from novel scaffolds;

    2)  Similarity search using 2D linear fingerprints and 3D pharmacophore features of the reported lipoxygenase inhibitors, which gave molecules with new side chains.

•   No PAINS (Pan Assay Interference Compounds), only medchem friendly compounds.

•   Structurally diverse.

•   NMR and HPLC validated to ensure high purity and quality.

•   All compounds can be readily followed with analogues either from stock or from new syntheses.

•   Databases and compounds are provided by Enamine.
