Acetate kinase (ACK)  (Synonyms: 乙酸激酶 (ACK))

Acetate kinase (ACK) is an enzyme widely distributed in bacteria and archaea. In the presence of ATP and divalent cations, it catalyzes the phosphorylation of acetate and promotes the production of acetyl-CoA. Often used in biochemical research^[1].

本产品为重组大肠杆菌表达，N-terminal His-tag，分子量 45 kDa，缓冲液组分为 20 mM Tris-HCl , pH 7.5，10% glycerol，可催化乙酸生成乙酰磷酸。

使用说明
1.按照反应体系加入底物，可适当加入缓冲盐（如 Tris-HCl），调节 pH 为 7.5，加入适量ACK（根据反应需求）；
2.混匀后,将样品置于 37℃ 孵育 1-2 h。

注意事项
体系放大时候，孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况调整，可低速震荡混匀。
