Antibacterial agent 124 (Compound 3) shows antibacterial activity with MICs of 1, 1, 4, 1, 1, 2 and 4 μg/mL against E. coli (ATCC25922), S. flexneri (CMCC51572), S. typhi (CMCC50094), MRSA252, MRSA R3708, S. aureus ATCC29213, S. aureus ATCC25923, respectively. And the CC50 to HepG2 is 4.32 μM[1].
