ML353 has potential applications in solving the intrinsic activity of SAM in vivo or as a agent blocker^[1]. ML353 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
